  Horrible, horrible, horrible. I call and order pizza and breadsticks, over an hour to deliver and pizza cold. I wait about 90 days before my next order. Same thing, only this time it never showed and I canceled the order at 90 mins. Don't ask me why I tried again, but I did. Third times a charm... Not so much. 75 mins and pizza was cold. Seriously?? How has the dominos chain not shut this poor excuse for a franchise down? I'll never go back here and this is the olny one that delivers to my area. Pizza Hut and Macianos just took your market share. Sad.

  Mundelein store is the absolute worst Domino's in the WORLD. Managers, assistant managers, all they do is lie to you like we are a bunch of idiots. Make up stories on why the order is taking so long. I placed an order once, it took over 2 hours and the food still never showed up. I called over there several times and the manager always stated to me that it was in the car and should be there shortly. I finally went over there going on the 3rd hour. Talked to the manager and my food was still on the shelf waiting for the driver to come back and pick it up. I ordered this last time and the pizza toppings were all shifted to one side of the pizza. I called up to complain and got an attitude from Ashley! Asked her to put something on file for me to comp my next order. I called up today to get order and what do you know, another attitude. Said they didnt see a comp for me under my name. On the phone with them for over 30 min. Finally cancelled order completely. Got a friend who is a district manager, maybe I will give him a call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Place SUCKS!
